Real Madrid have officially signed 18-year-old Jesus Vallejo from Real Zaragoza as the young Spanish defender will be spending the coming season on loan at Real Zaragoza before joining Los Merengues.

The Spanish U-19 captain has dazzled many of the major clubs as he has now officially chosen to join Real Madrid after the two clubs agreed a 5 Million Euro fee for the defender.

Spending next season out on loan will be very beneficial for him and the club as he won’t be able to get many opportunities at the Capital to show his capabilities. Challenging players like Raphael Varane, Sergio Ramos, Pepe, and Nacho is a difficult task for him right now as he still has a lot of experience ahead of him. Spending a year at Zaragoza will help him improve as he will be getting many first-team opportunities and then he will come to Real Madrid as an even better player.

It is definitely worth keeping an eye on him during the 2015/2016 season to see what exactly he can offer Real Madrid. One thing is for sure though: Jesus Vallejo is a great capture for the club and we will be looking forward to seeing him in the coming years.

Welcome to Real Madrid, Jesus Vallejo! Hala Madrid y Nada Mas!
